The suction cup and fitting have been developed for replacing a common Japanese suction cup, typically found in Japanese automotive plants worldwide (also among Japanese automotive sub-suppliers). The suction cup is made of DURAFLEX® material with the hardness of 60° Shore A and the color is green. It has a deep-flat design with support cleats inside. The design allows gripping around corners and edges and handling of objects with curved or uneven surface. The flat part and the cleats ensure stability. DF80P has an unusual cup fitting/connection; just a hole without any thread, and the diameter is 19 mm [0.748”].
